Do you remember what the world was like back when not everybody owned a cellular phone? Were you already gaming before the advent of Nintendo? Can you easily flash back to the time when the hole in the ozone layer was our biggest climatological concern?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you're probably a child of the 80's.
We carry the banner for Generation Y, mixing the social, political and economic frame of mind of the late 20th century with the technological advances of the turn of the millennium. We are those little elementary and middle school kids who mastered the internet back when computers still had to beep and squeak to get online. We were condemned to hell for listening to glam punk, wrote grunge anthems to our crippling flaws, then chorused sappy love songs with the boy bands.
Our formative years were marked by the collapse of the Soviet Union, the fall of the Berlin wall, and a decade later we survived Y2K. We had Madonna, and we had Britney. We flew through the skies with ET, conquered technology with Gates, and became kings of the world with DiCaprio.
Come, follow us, and remember the milestones of our childhood.
